Pulse Height Analyzer Test Integrated Chip
PHAnTIC is a test chip integrating some important cells for an integrated Pulse Height Analyzer (or PHA) with 128 energy levels (see PHAROS). Its main purpose is to test the PHA input stage, based on a Peak Detector circuit. Some other test cells are also integrated, expecially two different Operational Amplifiers used inside the Peak Detector circuit. The peak detection uncertainty is about 10mV, inside on PHA specifics.
